Shipping policy

We offer worldwide shipping via UPS or FedEx! Please note that we allow an average of 1 to 3 business days to complete your order before shipping. Rest assured, we will make every effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible! Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days depending on your country. Please consider any holidays that may affect delivery times.

We work with small suppliers from around the world to share their products, and some of our products are shipped directly from our suppliers overseas. Due to the nature of the shipping business, delays are often unavoidable, therefore all our shipping times are for reference only and cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

For items on pre-order or backorder:

If your order contains items that are on pre-order or back-order, we will ship all of the items we have on hand immediately and will ship the items on pre-order or back-order as soon as we have them in stock. So if you ordered multiple items in one order and only received some of them, don’t worry, you will receive the others shortly.

Track your order:

If you have provided a mobile number, you will receive a confirmation email and/or text message containing the tracking ID and link to track your package’s journey. To track your package, you can visit our tracking page. If you are unsure of your tracking ID, please use our order lookup form located here. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for tracking information to appear.

Wrong Address Disclaimer:

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We try to expedite processing and shipping times so there is always a small window to correct incorrect shipping addresses. If you believe that the shipping address you have provided is incorrect, please contact us immediately at 24flavour@gmail.com.

Package lost/stolen

masoncrystal is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered to your address, but you have not received it, please report it to your respective carrier using the information provided to you on our tracking page.
